Most people know Ginger Zee as the cheerful meteorologist from Good Morning America. While Ginger is thriving today both professionally and personally – life wasn’t always sunshine and rainbows for this weather forecaster.
Zee has battled depression, an eating disorder, abusive relationships, and using alcohol as an unhealthy coping mechanism. These mental health obstacles forced her to learn about what these disorders are and what tools and techniques she could utilize to start living a better life.
